Nenita: I was surprised when Rui delivered my bike as it was bigger then I expected it to be, but I was very impressed by it's quality and performance. I still have a difficult time getting on, but my grandson love's it and so does my Daughter. We've since added a back luggage that fits perfectly on the back rack with plenty of storage. They take it to work and shopping. We saved money on Gas and parking. Thank you Rui

Peter: Made several inquiries on these bikes and was very impressed with what I have researched. The largest motor I have seen was 750W, so I was a little skeptical when I saw Geminitech's 1000W e-bikes. Needless to say, I was impressed when I went to see the bikes in the showroom. The total quality was truly top notch right down to the welds. I scrutinize everything and I have to say that I found nothing faulty or cheaply added to the design or functionality of these bikes. I originally wanted the yellow and black, but when I saw all the different colors available, it took me some time to decide, but I eventually went with the black and red 12" S11.

Kennith: I was on my way to buy a mountain bike I found on Kijiji, when a friend of mine told me about these bikes. I contacted Rui and made an appointment to see them. I did not expect to see these bikes to be the quality that they are. I immediately canceled my previous appointment and purchased the 20" E-Bike in Red & Black. Took it for a ride before loading it in my car and was blown away by it's performance and handling. And with many options that it came with such as fenders, back rack, hand pump and security lock. Amazing deal and an amazing bike. Thank you Rui.

Juan: I was really impressed when I actually saw the bikes in person. The pics don't do them justice. The overall size and quality was very impressive right down to the welds, components and them nasty big 4.0 painted wheels. And the bundle offer just adds to it all. I bought the S11 in Yellow & Black. These bikes stand out and you will be noticed. I get asked "where did you buy that bike" every time I ride. I am truly happy with it and it takes me everywhere. Dave: My girl put a down payment on an S11 in Black & Red as they were sold out and was told that customers were reserving bikes coming in the next shipment. I was a little worried without even seeing the bikes, But Karen had total trust in Rui and reserved one for me as she noticed they sell quickly. Because of Covid and all the restrictions, it took longer for the order to come in. Rui kept us up to date and always reassure us that he won't let us down. So the shipment came in early Aug, but we could not make it to pick the bike up before Rui went on vacation. Again, Rui kept texting back and forth and made arrangements so that we can pick up the bike while he was away. I was expecting a nice bike, but this was more then I expected. The bike is amazing and has great features and options. And the ride is so comfortable. Rui kept following up to see if everything was good even after the bike was in my hands. I had an issue on turning on the bike and Rui was there to help me over the phone and we resolved the matter within a few minutes. Very happy indeed. Thanks

Dana: I have to say when I first arrived to see the bike, I did not expect it to look so beautiful, sleek and stylish. Seeing the picture does not do it justice. I tried so hard to contain myself as the more I looked at it, the more excited I became. I still can't believe the price. I took the bike home that very day, but could not ride it as it rained night and day. So I just had it displayed in my living room as a piece of art lol. I told Rui this and he laughed. Finally I got the chance to ride the bike and could not be more pleased as it was everything Rui said it was. From it's sleek design to it's performance. Surprising for a hard tail, it rode so smooth. It is because of the double spring seat. This bike is a dream. Thank you Rui and your super company Geminitech. Good luck and many success.

Mike: I have had problems finding parts for my S11. I found Geminitech E-Bikes on Google search and figured I give them a call. I received a text from Rui a day later and we chatted about what happened to my bike. We had recently moved and my son broke the key to the ignition and during the move I lost the key for the battery, and lost the charger. Rui assured me not to worry, that he would do everything he can. A few days later, he texted me telling me that he has ordered everything I needed. After a month or so, I received the parts and proceeded to install them. I had also ordered a battery box, but somehow I broke that keys as well. So I contacted Rui and asked him to find me a complete new battery, and he immediately ordered a new Samsung Battery. I am so glad that I found Geminitech as my bike was in my shop just looking pretty, but not fully functional. Now it is like new! I use my bike to go hunting and need it to be in top mechanical shape. Cheers!

After reviewing many products on Amazon and Kijiji, I came across a video on the E-bike that I was looking for. The video was of Rui from Geminitech showing so much excitement to the E-bike he had on his floor. He seemed very sincere in how great the product was.
I was somewhat reluctant to spend the kind of money on something I was looking at from Amazon or Kijiji site unseen.
What was awesome was Rui had the model of bike that I was looking for and I was able to come down and see them. I was very impressed with the product when I got there. Rui is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the bikes and answered all the questions I had. He also puts the bikes together and tunes them at no charge, which you don’t get with product shipped by Amazon or other online shops. After purchasing the bike, he went over the components of the bike one more time to make sure everything was adjusted properly.
When I got it home, I tried to turn the bike on for the first time and forgot one of the steps. I called him and he talked me through it in about three seconds, awesome!!
I look forward to taking it out for a ride soon.
Without hesitation I would do business with this company again, I would highly recommend this company and their support and service to anyone looking for an E-bike!
