I purchased a SMLRO S11F from Geminitech E-Bikes just over a year ago without even seeing the bike. I was blown away when I finally had it picked up and brought to me. It was really nice and bigger then I imagined it to be. I have now customized it to my personal preference and put over 2500km on it as I use it to go to work and other things. When I saw Rui's posting that showed the new line up of bikes, I fell in love with the S11F Pro series in matt black. I contacted Rui right away and told him that I wanted 1, and luckily I called when I did as he only had 1 left in Matt black. A week later he drove the bike to my buddies place in Oshawa. My buddy called me right when he saw the bike and was blown away, so I knew right there that I was in for a treat. And when it was dropped off to me, my jaw fell. What a sick looking bike. It rides like a champ, smooth and very fast, much faster then my other one. I will use my other bike as a winter rider. Thank you Rui for all you have done. You have a customer for life.

Ordered the triple crown air forks for my bike. I went to pick them up and installed them myself. I felt they were a little soft, but Rui told me that I can pump them up to 160PSI max. I pumped them with my fork pump to 140 and they are just how I like them. Looks so sweet.

I purchased 2 bikes from Geminitech, the white ladies cruiser for my wife and the Yellow & Black S11F for myself. Rui was very pleasant and patient as he answered all our questions and explained the functions of the bikes. It was too much to take all in at once, but even though it was already late, he was there for us and we respect that. We love our bikes. My wife's bike is perfect for her and she brings it in the house and cleans it after every ride. Thank you Rui, we will recommend you to our friends.

Saw this ad on Facebook and liked the bike. I requested an appointment to come see it. Rui was very polite and pleasant. As we walked into his showroom, I noticed all these bikes and parts and accessories. Wow, I see his passion for what he does. I originally wanted the Lankeleisi cruiser in white, but noticed the matt black one which looked pretty cool. Rui went through everything with me. I really love this design, saw some others from other shops, but this one is very nice. I loved everything about it. It took awhile for my e-transfer to go through as it was already late, but we sat and chatted and had some coffee, great coffee by the way. Anyway after some time, my payment went through and Rui helped me load the bike in my car. Am very happy with my bike. Merci

Great to do business with. Rui is very professional and knowledgeable with everything he deals with. I can see from the videos how passionate he is about these bikes and that is what got me excited. A friend of mine rode up in this killer looking e-bike. I loved it and asked where he bought it. He referred me to Rui. I had called Rui some time back, but he was out of stock and having issues with shipping due to covid. When his new shipment arrived, he text me and a coupe days later I showed up to see the bikes. I was going to buy the M5 in white for my wife, but when she saw the matt black one, she feel in love with it. I was going back and forth between the S11F Pro series and the regular S11F. the are about a $700.00 dollar difference, but I could see when the Pro series was priced at what it was. It is exactly that, A pro bike. I am not a pro rider so Rui suggested that I get the regular S11F and upgrade the front forks and rear shock. Because I bought 2 bikes he gave me a great discount on the custom parts. I chose the red and black and it looks cool with the upgrades Rui installed that night. He could have just asked us to come back another day to pick up my bike, but he saw how excited I was and did the work for me that night. Very cool. Great guy to deal with. We are both extremely happy with our bikes.

So a month later I drove down to visit family and stopped by Rui's showroom and purchased the Lankeleisi Leopard 3.0 for my wife. What a sweet ride. My wife loves it and I only paid $1550.00 + Tax

I saw rui's add on facebook and thought to send a message and ask some questions on these bikes. He was very knowledgeable about all his models which helped me make my decision on which bike to get. He told me it was better to come by and sit on a few bikes to see what feels comfortable with my height. Great guy to purchase from, down to earth, friendly and reasonable.

I was looking for a set of forks for my e-bike. Hard to find forks that fit an e-bike with 4.0 fat tires. I saw an ad on Facebook for these triple crown air forks for e-bikes. I was a little hesitant because they were new and listed for a cheap price, but inquired about them. Not a big name brand, but I bought them and Rui installed them for me. I was so happy with how they looked. And they perform very well. I also bought the shock pump from him as well. His shop has everything. I was surprised that he didn't have mirrors for bikes lol. Happy to do business again.
